24. 공부 Study                                                                         

 

공부

자신을 찾아야 진리를 찾지
To find oneself is to find the truth
자신을 닦아야 진리를 닦지
To polish oneself is to polish the truth
자신을 찾고서 닦아야 알지
Find oneself and then polish to understand

진리는 참이고 전체라 하지
The truth is true and whole
전체가 되어야 진리가 되지
You must become whole to become the truth
진리를 알고야 하나가 되지
To know the truth is to become one

하나는 나이고 진리고 하지
One is the age and the truth
진리는 하나고 참이고 이지
The truth is one and true
참이고 진리는 몸으로 깨지
True and the truth are broken by the body

몸으로 깨침이 증득함 이지
Breaking through the body brings enlightenment
증득은 세상을 구하려 하지
Enlightenment seeks to save the world
이세상 전부가 나라고 하지 
Considering this world as everything
