109. 혼연일체 Oneness                                                       

 

혼연일체 Oneness

스스로의 생명력을 To enhance
높이는건 축적해서 One's own vitality,
이뤄짐이 아니라네 It's not through accumulation,
우리에게 필요만큼 But by only holding
생리적인 에너지만 The physiological energy
담는것이 가능할뿐 We need.
적정식사 규칙적인 Only proper diet and
휴식만이 가능할뿐 Regular rest are possible.

인체에는 에너지를 The human body has no place
모아두는 장소없어 To store energy.
들어오는 에너지를 Creating wide channels
흘려보낼 넓은통로 To let incoming energy flow through
만들어서 가져야만  Is the only way to
그것만이 건강한몸 Maintain a healthy body,
진리정신 강한생명 A true spirit,
유지할수 있다하네 And a strong life.

모든입자 무한한힘 All particles contain
에너지를 담고있어  Infinite energy,
흘러들어 올수있게 Allowing it to flow in,
우주임을 하나임을 Realizing the universe and oneness,
느끼는법 배워야만 One must learn how to feel this,
에너지와 일체감을 Only then can one
느낄수가 있는경지 Feel a sense of unity with energy,
이룰수가 있다하네 Achieving such a state.

에너지는 어디에나  Energy exists everywhere
넘치도록 존재하니 Abundantly,
축적하려 하지말고 So don't try to accumulate it.
흐름으로 자유롭게 Allow it to flow freely,
통과토록 허용하며 Recognizing that oneself
나자신이 온우주와 Is one with the entire universe,
하나임을 인식하여 One must realize this.
스스로가 해야하네 You have to do it yourself

온우주의 에너지는  The energy of the entire universe
내마음껏 가져다가  Can be taken
원한만큼 쓸수있네  And used as much as one desires.
온우주와 하나됨이 Realizing the oneness
분리가된 입자임을 With the universe,
증득하니 공간속에 Dissolving into space,
녹아들어 이내몸이 My body
혼연일체 사라지네   Disappears in oneness.
