78. 자비 사랑 Compassionate Love                                   

 

자비 사랑 Compassionate Love

태어나서 살다보니
As I was born and lived
알수없는 인연으로
Through unknown connections
마음공부 시작했네
I began the study of the mind

여러가지 하다보니
While doing various things
이세상의 모든것이
Everything in this world
하나라고 느껴졌네
Felt like one

깨쳤다고 하지만은
Though I thought I was enlightened
세속속에 인생살이
Living life in the secular world
내육신이 못미쳤네
My physical body could not keep up

돈오점수 수행속에
In the practice of sudden enlightenment and gradual cultivation
오늘따라 유난히도
Today especially
허전함속 만족감이
A sense of emptiness within satisfaction

이제서야 자비사랑
Only now do I realize that compassionate love
무엇과도 못바꾸는
Cannot be exchanged for anything
풍성함이 만공가득
Its abundance fills everything completely
