게송 51. 부활 Resurrection
사람은 백년도 못살면서
Though humans cannot live even a hundred years,
영원히 사는줄 알고살지
They live as if they will live forever.
사람의 본성이 그러하지
Such is human nature,
영원히 사는게 사람이지
To believe in eternal life.
삶죽음 없는것 부활이지
Resurrection is the absence of life and death,
부활은 깨침이 부활이지
Resurrection is awakening,
부활은 공함을 아는거지
Resurrection is understanding emptiness,
공함속 태어남 유정이지
Being born within emptiness is rebirth.
새로이 모든것 태어나지
All things are born anew,
모든것 내속에 있음이지
Everything resides within oneself,
그것이 부활의 의미이지
That is the meaning of resurrection,
영원히 사는것 사람이지
To live eternally is to be human.
