53. 짐 luggage

 

짐 luggage

사람은 스스로 무거운 짐들을 만드네
People create heavy burdens for themselves
목적지 어딘지 모르고 짐지고 간다네
They carry their burdens without knowing where the destination is
세상의 수많은 사연이 짐되어 무겁네
Countless stories of the world become burdensome and heavy

공연히 많은짐 가지고 고뇌만 쌓였네
Painfully accumulating many burdens only leads to suffering
이제는 그것들 세상에 버리고 가야지
Now it's time to discard them and move on
혼자서 많은짐 진다고 알아줄 이없네 
There's no one to acknowledge the burdens carried alone

지혜가 없어서 무거운 짐들을 진다네
Lacking wisdom, they carry heavy burdens
모든것 버리면 저절로 지혜가 생기니
When everything is let go, wisdom naturally arises
살면서 하나씩 짐들을 버려서 사세나
Throughout life, discard burdens one by one and live

이제는 인생을 되돌아 보면서 가야지
Now it's time to reflect on life and move forward
이순간 죽음을 맞는다 하여도 어떤가
Even if facing death in this moment, what does it matter?
모든것 그자리 놓으면 저절로 가볍지
When everything is left behind, it naturally becomes light

힘들게 짐들고 간다고 어디로 가겠나
Where could one go carrying burdens so heavily?
결국은 마음의 고통과 번뇌만 생길뿐
Ultimately, only the pain and agony of the heart arise
이좋은 인생은 가진짐 버리면 즐겁네
This beautiful life becomes joyful when burdens are shed
