73. 느껴보세 Try to Feel                                                         

 

느껴보세 Try to Feel

비워냈다 비워졌다 하면서도
Even if emptied and emptied again,
육신속에 쌓여있는 업과습은
The karma and desires piled up in the flesh
쉽사리도 이내속에 남아있네
Easily remain within

이렇게도 저렇게도 해보지만
Try this way and that way,
육신속에 갇혀있는 내마음은
But my heart, trapped in the flesh,
이러지도 저러지도 못하누나
Can't seem to do this or that

하루종일 이런저런 세속에서
All day long, in various worldly affairs,
비워내려 여러가지 해보지만
Trying to empty them out in many ways,
착각속에 오늘하루 또한가네
Yet another day passes in delusion

이제다시 신심내어 해보자나
Now let's try again with sincerity,
정성으로 참회하여 비워보세
Repent earnestly and try to empty
하다보면 언제인가 되어질세
In doing so, someday it will be achieved

생각으로 스스로를 비워내고
Empty yourself with thoughts,
비워지는 마음속을 음미하며
Savoring the emptying mind,
채워지는 하느님을 느껴보세
Try to feel the filling God
